2018 has started off with some days of strong mistral which has offered me chances to explore a new photography subject: waves.
I have become very passionate about rough seas, hectic weather conditions, winds…
Heading towards west Sardinia, I get totally taken and excited, hours go by amongst the whisper of the wind and the heavy crashing of the waves, amazing soundtrack of all shootings.
I have found a new passion where to channel my photography, something that puts me in within nature and makes me small enough to reduce my thoughts.
Something that it’s completely new and requires mistakes, correction, experimentation, planning…
It’s like therapy for all senses.
So there you go, some shots taken during these times, very often risking both gear and myself.
There is no shelter under this condition for, as much as I have learned so far, even if you’d find a safe place from the strong gale, you wouldn’t actually quite get the shot, for you must be out there and be part of it.

Luxury Car Costa Smeralda
These days, I’ve been busy photographing a stunning Maserati GT in the streets of Olbia and around.
Together with my partner videographer, Federico Falchi, ( click here to view a short reel of his works ) which is filming a commercial short movie of the car, we specialize in commercial videography and photography in Sardinia.
The luxury car has been shot and filmed in San Pantaleo, Olbia, and then at the Marina di Olbia. Model for the project is Daniela from Olbia.
The car is destined to be rented by a company from Milan which operates in Sardinia, along with speedboats and yachts.
Along with commercial works, we also cover creative weddings, portraitures and interiors..

Fotografo matrimonio Sardegna.
Un altro fantastico album consegnato questa mattina a Rita e Giuseppe che mi hanno scelto come fotografo matrimonio Sardegna .
E’ stata una bellissima giornata, cominciata ad Olbia con i preparativi con Giuseppe e la sua famiglia per poi seguire Rita durante i preparativi tra i suoi familiari.
Atmosfere accoglienti di persone molto ospitali hanno permesso a me e Federico, videografo, di documentare al meglio questa bellissima giornata.
CI siamo poi spostati alla chiesa di Punta Marana nel Golfo di Marinella per la cerimonia in picchetto.
Poi, con Rita e Giuseppe a bordo di un bellissimo Maggiolone Volskwagen, ci siamo diretti tutti verso il ristorante a Baia Sardinia per il ricevimento e il pranzo.
Passato uno splendido pomeriggio tra scatti nel bellissimo ristorante e spazi adiacenti quali piscina e scorci, ci siamo diretti intorno al tramonto presso il Phi Beach di Baia Sardinia, per continuare con la sessione di coppia.
Il risultato e’ stato ovviamente sorprendente, grazie tanto alla splendida coppia quanto alla location ed all’orario magico, dove la luce ha regalato emozioni uniche che si riflettono negli scatti.
Il tutto e’ stato pianificato nei minimi dettagli durante i mesi precedenti, grazie ad una chiara e collaborativa comunicazione con la coppia.
Cosi, questa mattina, posso finalmente consegnare con orgoglio i due mini albums per i genitori e l’album master 20×30 per gli sposi, rifinito con stile, con un retro copertina in pelle, pagine dallo spessore di oltre 3mm ognuna ed un apertura totale che consente la visione in pieno formato senza quasi vedere la linea di rilegatura.

Wedding in Olbia
Stine and Havard came a long way from Norway to celebrate their wedding in Olbia.
They married at the Comune of Olbia with a civil ceremony, followed by their best friends as witnesses.
After that we wandered around beautiful and unique Olbia’s alleys, something we planned in advance.
Atmosphere in the alleys is always magic, quiet and kind of takes you some 30 years back with its narrow roads adorned of old houses with colored paint scrapping off doors and windows.
As we had some time left and sunset was approaching we took chance to head to Spiaggia Rena Bianca to ambient some couple shots by the beach.
We were right. Arriving while sunset was setting off we walked to a small secluded beach with a nearly dried out pond where to play with some reflections.
